Toronto – The Ethiopian government on Thursday said his government has been negotiating with Fano forces for several months now but that it has been a difficult undertaking due to the existence of several Fano groups under different leaders.
He also said that there is an ongoing negotiation with the Shane Group (a militant ethnic Oromo nationalist group that calls itself Oromo Liberation Army – OLA)
He disclosed this during a meeting with stakeholders in his office regarding the macro-economic policy reform his government introduced earlier this week.
As of this writing, the Fano forces have not confirmed or denied that there is an ongoing negotiation. OLA has not remarked either.
It was not too long ago that Fano forces have announced there will be no negotiation with Abiy Ahmed’s government.
Pro-Fano activists and political analysts seem to think that Abiy Ahmed is lying about negotiation with Fano forces.
Over a year ago, his government declared a state of emergency in the Amhara region of Ethiopia with a stated mission of “disarming Fano forces.”
The result was different. The Fano forces controlled most of the areas in the Amhara region of Ethiopia to the extent that government structures in small towns and rural areas were under the control of the Fano.
Series of military mobilization and massive deployment of government forces proved incapable of changing the situation in the Amhara region while government forces were engaged in extensive rights abuse – including extrajudicial executions – in the region.
Fano forces are now well armed and believed to have a number that rivals government forces. In addition, they enjoy massive grassroot support in the region and beyond. The group emerged in response to widespread massacre of ethnic Amharas and has been stating that its mission is to reverse the existential threat that Amhara people are facing.
Peace and security as a condition for the success of the macro economic reform
The macro-economic policy reform imposed by the IMF and the World Bank is doomed to fail, as many analysts say, and one of the reasons has to do with the peace and security situation in Ethiopia.
The Prime Minister himself said ” if peace and stability is not coming, investment is not coming; the flow of tourists will not grow as much as we want it to…peace and stability are necessary.”
Just less than two weeks ago, he was saying that he is “million percent” sure that Fano forces will not win the war because his government is too powerful to fall due to resources it has at its disposal.
There are fears that the macro-economic policy reform itself could be an additional cause for instability. Ethiopian Citizens For Social Justice Party (EZEMA), once a popular opposition, lost significant support base due to working with government on the basis of offering “critical support.” and has been noticeably on good terms with Abiy Ahmed’s administration. Even EZEMA has criticized the government over the macro-economic policy reform particularly the currency devaluation. In a statement it released this week, the party said “the government will be fully responsible for the measure it took.”
In Addis Ababa, a security arrangement is activated in anticipation of protest over the devaluation of Ethiopian Birr

The united forces of Piccolo Roma, Al-Qahirah, Somalia and the most powerful nation in the world Turkey had just handed over the final warning and ultimatum to PM Abiy yesterday. The ultimatum has key obligations.
1) Hand over the specs and keys of the GERD dam to the special commando unit assigned by Al-Qahirah exclusively for this purpose.
2) Hand over the entire eastern half of your current territory to Somalia. Af-Mishaar from LA is assigned to take inventory during the transfer. He is the only expert in the affairs of the Horn of Africa.
3) The remaining Ethiopia will be able to conduct all its foreign affairs only in consultation with and through a special diplomatic body created by Turkey and it has to surrender its seats at the UN, AU and other international organizations to Piccolo Roma and Somalia.
4) It must conduct all of its exports and imports through Piccolo Roma only.
5) Every living and breathing Oromo and Amhara must and will be exterminated. Don’t forget to eliminate Tigres too. Af-Mishaar has the most up-to-date inventory of these three rabble-rousers and he is delegated to take inventory to make sure not a single one of these three is alive.
6) After the 5 tasks above are completed the remaining territory and people will be known as Abdamalia(Niggers Joint) just like Somalia.
The grace period after the ultimatum was delivered has expired yesterday at 20 hours local time. The elimination of all Amharas and Oromos along with the wiping away of Ethiopia has begun. It took 4 hours only for the indomitable Piccolo Roma army joined by a commando unit from its benefactor Al-Qahirah to reach the outskirt of Addis/Finfinne from the north and it took only 3 hours for the almighty Somali forces propped up their masters from Ankara to reach Addis/Finfinne southern outskirts. PM Abiy is said to have fled the country and has now taken refuge in an abandoned building in Minnesota and Toronto surrounded by adoring bigots and connivers. Field Marshal Jula had cut and ran like a rabbit all the way to Rwanda to join his family. I found out he is a Tutsi. I have already told you that PM Abiy is a Maori on his father’s side and a Filipina on his mother’s side. It is reported that every living and breathing Amhara and Oromo is now eliminated. Your Ethiopia is no more and has been replaced by Abd-omalia(niggers den).
