(borkena) El Salvador joined 4 other Latin American states and recalled its Ambassador from Israel in protest to Israel’s operation in Gaza, which claimed more than 1400 lives the great proportions of which is civilians.
According to Haaretz, Israeli News Source, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador and Peru have already called their ambassadors
Israel asserted the decisions of these countries to call their ambassador is “…encouragement for Hamas, a group recognized as a terror organization by many countries around the world.”
It has been more than two weeks now since Israel is bombarding Gaza indiscriminately. Yesterday alone, 120 civilians are killed according to BBC report.
The decisions of these countries to express their opposition for Israel’s conspicuous disregard to International law and humanity does seem only respectable, in fact.
