The video featured in this post was published on YouTube about two years ago. If you haven’t seen it, it is truly mesmerizing. The entire Makoko village is built on water. Fishing is the main economic activity that supports families.

As Best Ever Food Review Show said, the village is like a seafood factory.

The popular food seem to be 🇳🇬PANLA FISH. It is described as ” Wash and scale fish. Stick a piece of wood through the tail and the head of the fish, making a ring. Place them on the fire to smoke for 12 hours. Mix baking flour, yeast, a little water, salt into a ball and fry”
